HOW DOES HIRING A GO PRO WORK?

At Go Capture rentals, hiring a Go Pro is simple. First select the Go Pro model you would like to rent, then the package you would like to go for, then choose the dates you would like to rent for. We will then ship the items out to your desired location and provide you with instructions on how to use your Go Pro. When you have finished just return the items to the details provided in your delivery.

CAN I HIRE A GO PRO LAST MINUTE IF THE DATES AREN'T SHOWING UP AS AVAILABLE?

If dates are showing up as unavailable, our stock may already be hired out, you can email us at [email protected] or send us a message on Instagram and we can advise you accordingly.

WHERE IS THE COLLECTION POINT FOR THE GO PROS?

Once you book your hire via our website we will ship directly to your provided address.

WHO DO I CONTACT IF I HAVE ANY ISSUES?

We are more than happy to help you with any queries at [email protected] or reach out to us on instagram. Alternatively type your product model into YouTube a visual demonstration may aid you in your time of need.

CAN I EXTEND MY RENTAL IF I REQUIRE MORE TIME?

Of course you can! Simply visit the product page on our website to view the extension fee per day.

MY RETURN DATE IS A BANK HOLIDAY AND THE RETURN POINT IS CLOSED WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Please drop off the items the following business day by 11 am

DO YOU DELIVER TO PO BOXES, MAILBOX SERVICES OR FREIGHT FORWADING SERVICES?

Every order must be shipped to either a residential or business address – our courier service do not offer delivery services to PO boxes, mailbox facilities or freight forwarding services.

WHAT HAPPENS IF THE RENTAL PRODUCT GETS LOST OR DAMAGED WHILST UNDER MY CARE?

We do not charge for normal wear and tear, however loss or damage to an item that will prevent us from renting the item out to another customer will be chargeable to your payment card, repair or replacement charges will be conducted at cost price to us.
